10-15 minute introduction call, an opportunity to ask questions or determine if provider is a good fit for you 

90 minute visit completed one time when you first meet this provider to establish care to gather comprehensive background information to guide your highly personalized care plan for medications

Appointments with provider to assess how medications are working, address any concerns for side effects, and provide refills. 

Please note: Not all patients are appropriate for telehealth services. While we do have an office in Knoxville, most of our services are delivered via secure video appointments. Some patients may find they benefit from receiving psychiatric services at larger health organizations who have 24/7 coverage, staff available for urgent requests, or regular in-person visits. 

Federal laws and regulations may require you see the provider in office at least once a year depending on your medication needs. These laws may change and provider follows all federal and local regulations (Please see;   Understanding Telemedicine and the Ryan Haight Act | Psychology Today )

Due to monitoring regulations, if you are on a controlled substance,  an appointment is required to refill these types of medications and can only be filled for a 30 day supply.  You will meet with your provider once a month if on a controlled substance. 

For everyone to live a sublime life, respect is required. This provider shows the deepest respect for every life and journey and asks the same request in return. Patients who do not follow this for any reason will be dismissed from the practice.
